Where do we deliver?

We deliver to downtown Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, James Island, Johns Island, Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, and Folly Beach. If you live in a surrounding area, please reach out and we will see if we can accommodate you!

What is your Return/Refund Policy?

All purchases made with CHS PumpkinScape are final. No returns or refunds will be issued or accepted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that pumpkins are perishable. Pumpkins/gourds come in various shapes, colors and sizes and no two displays will be identical. Shop and social media pictures are representative.

What is the Delivery Schedule?

Delivery will begin the week of September 29, 2025

Prior to delivery, you will be contacted by a team member to confirm a date for delivery & set-up. Please share any special details during this communication. (Put all pumpkins on right side of the steps, place half of the arrangement between garage doors, etc.)

When is the End of Season Removal?

If you purchase end of season pumpkin removal, our team will do the work for you and remove your pumpkin arrangement. Scheduled removals are set for the week before or after Thanksgiving. To request an earlier date, please contact us one week prior.

Do I need to be home?

No, you do not need to be home. If we have a question during your install, we will text or call you if you are not home.
